Everything you need to know about getting started, pricing, medications, and your privacy.
Our providers are licensed to practice in specific states, and availability varies by service. When you begin your free assessment, we confirm whether care is available in your state before you pay anything. Clinical services are subject to state-specific eligibility requirements.
We offer three areas of care for adults 18 and older. Mental health covers anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, insomnia, and related concerns. Weight management offers clinician-guided, medically supervised weight loss, including GLP-1 options where clinically appropriate. Sexual health provides discreet, judgment-free care for sexual wellness and related concerns. Each begins with a one-to-one evaluation by a licensed provider.
Most members are seen the same day or the next business day. Once you complete your free online assessment, we match you with an available licensed provider and schedule your first appointment as quickly as possible.
Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluation by secure video. Your provider reviews your assessment, discusses your symptoms and history, establishes or confirms a diagnosis, and develops a personalized treatment plan — including medication options where clinically appropriate. Mental health evaluations typically last 40–45 minutes.
No referral is required. You don't need a prior diagnosis to begin, though sharing relevant history helps your provider build the right plan. If you have records or a current medication list, you can share them with your Care Team through the patient portal.
Not yet. Creating an account does not establish a provider-patient relationship or guarantee treatment. A provider-patient relationship begins only after you are evaluated by a licensed provider, and care may be subject to state eligibility requirements.
The initial psychiatric evaluation is a one-time $179. Ongoing care is included in your membership: $69/month for Standard or $99/month for Graceland Plus. Medication costs are separate and shipped directly to you through our pharmacy partners at transparent pricing. There are no hidden fees and no long-term contracts.
Pricing depends on the treatment you and your provider choose. For weight management, GLP-1 treatment options start at $149/month for microdosing and $179/month for compounded GLP-1/GIP, with brand-name options such as Ozempic® priced separately. Your exact cost is confirmed before you commit, and medication pricing is transparent and set upfront.
Membership covers ongoing access to your provider, medication management visits as clinically appropriate, secure messaging with your Care Team, prescription and refill support, and patient portal access. It does not include the cost of medications (priced separately and confirmed during your evaluation), and it does not guarantee a prescription, diagnosis, or any specific treatment. All clinical decisions remain at your provider's discretion.
We chose the self-pay model because it gives you a better experience. No prior authorization delays — when your provider prescribes treatment, your medication ships. No surprise bills — your cost is confirmed before you start. No denied claims — if your provider prescribes it, you get it. And complete privacy — no third party receives your diagnosis or treatment records. The price you see is the price you pay.
You can cancel your membership at any time. Your membership stays active through the end of your current billing cycle, and no future charges are made after that. For appointments, cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of any appointment charge; appointments may be rescheduled up to three times without penalty. Medication costs are handled through our pharmacy partners and are subject to their fulfillment and refund policies.
No. A prescription is provided only when a licensed provider determines it is clinically appropriate after evaluating you. Enrolling, paying a membership fee, or completing an assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis, a prescription, or any particular treatment outcome.
No. Medication costs are separate from your membership fee. Your membership covers provider visits, treatment planning, prescription management, and 24/7 Care Team messaging. Medication is priced separately and fulfilled through our pharmacy partners. Your provider confirms your total treatment cost during your evaluation so there are no surprises.
GLP-1 medications support weight management by helping regulate appetite and blood sugar. After your assessment, your provider reviews your health history and goals and, where clinically appropriate, may include GLP-1 options in a personalized plan. Your provider monitors your progress and adjusts your plan over time.
Brand-name medications such as Ozempic® and Wegovy are FDA-approved products. Compounded GLP-1/GIP is prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies and is not FDA-approved; it is offered as a lower-cost option where appropriate. Your provider will discuss which option fits your needs, and any compounded medication is clearly identified.
Medications are shipped directly to your door through our pharmacy partners in plain, unmarked packaging. You do not need to visit a pharmacy or wait for approvals. Your provider prescribes, our pharmacy partner fulfills, and your treatment arrives discreetly.
Graceland Wellness does not control medication pricing, availability, or pharmacy fulfillment timelines. If a medication becomes unavailable or pricing changes, your provider can discuss alternatives.
