What is Endura?
A compounded ED treatment containing sildenafil 55 mg and tadalafil 12.5 mg in one patient-specific orally disintegrating tablet.
Sildenafil + Tadalafil ODT
Earlier support meets a longer treatment window. Endura combines sildenafil and tadalafil in one fast-dissolving, provider-prescribed formulation for erectile dysfunction when clinically appropriate.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Individual response, onset, and duration vary. Sexual stimulation is required for PDE5 inhibitors to support an erectile response.

Meet Endura™
Compounded sildenafil 55 mg + tadalafil 12.5 mg in one fast-dissolving ODT.
A streamlined product story: what it is, why the formulation is different, and what the ODT format means for everyday use.
A compounded ED treatment containing sildenafil 55 mg and tadalafil 12.5 mg in one patient-specific orally disintegrating tablet.
Both act on the PDE5 pathway, but their pharmacokinetic profiles differ. Sildenafil contributes earlier activity while tadalafil contributes a longer treatment window.
The tablet is designed to dissolve under the tongue without water, offering a discreet, convenient alternative to swallowing a conventional tablet.
This educational graphic helps explain how Endura's dual PDE5 ingredients support the body's natural erectile response during sexual stimulation.

Sildenafil is the relatively faster-acting component and tadalafil the longer-acting component, together in a provider-guided compounded ODT.

Endura gives patients a clearer understanding of what makes the compounded formulation distinct from a single-ingredient option.
Earlier support: sildenafil contributes the relatively faster treatment profile.
Extended window: tadalafil contributes longer-lasting PDE5 activity.
One convenient format: both are combined in a single fast-dissolving ODT.
Provider-guided care: treatment choice still depends on history, safety, prior response, and clinical judgment.
Onset and duration vary by individual. Nothing on this page is a guarantee of results.
Sildenafil and tadalafil are both PDE5 inhibitors. Their difference is primarily how quickly and how long each medication is present in the body.
55 mg per Endura ODT
Supports the nitric-oxide/cGMP pathway involved in increasing blood flow to erectile tissue during sexual stimulation. Sildenafil has the relatively shorter and earlier pharmacokinetic profile.
Earlier treatment profile12.5 mg per Endura ODT
Works through the same PDE5 pathway but remains in the body substantially longer, contributing to a broader treatment window for erectile responsiveness.
Extended treatment windowThe prescribing instructions below reflect the compounded sildenafil/tadalafil ODT formulation used as the clinical reference.
Place one ODT under the tongue approximately 30 minutes before anticipated sexual activity and allow it to dissolve without water.
A heavy high-fat meal may delay sildenafil absorption. Heavy alcohol intake can increase the chance of dizziness or low blood pressure.
No more than one dose should be taken in 24 hours. Always follow your clinician's instructions for your specific prescription.

Sexual stimulation is still required.
PDE5 inhibitors support the normal erectile response to sexual stimulation; they do not automatically cause an erection.
Tell your provider about all medications and supplements.
Important interactions can occur with nitrates, alpha-blockers, some strong CYP3A4 inhibitors, blood-pressure medications, heavy alcohol use, and other therapies.
Common PDE5 side effects can occur.
These may include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, dizziness, visual changes, back pain, or muscle discomfort. Your individual risk depends on your health and other medications.
Know when to seek urgent care.
Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours. Sudden vision or hearing changes also require prompt medical attention.
